Little Popovers

Little Popovers

Little popovers are small, puffy egg-based pastries that are typically baked in muffin tins. They have a crispy exterior and a soft, airy interior. They are often served as a breakfast or brunch item and can be eaten plain or filled with jam, butter, or other toppings. Little popovers are similar to Yorkshire puddings, but typically smaller and more dense.
