
Muffin Butter Biscuits
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter
2 cups buttermilk
Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Measure dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut butter in flour mixture until fine crumbs are formed. Pour buttermilk into flour/butter mixture. Stir until mixed- not too much. Place batter in a buttered non-stick 12 muffin pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on sides. Remove after cooled for 5 minutes. Makes 12 biscuit muffins.
