Basic Crepes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup sifted flour

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1 tbsp. butter or margarine melted

Directions

  • Combine ingredients in a bender and blend for 15 seconds until smooth. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Pour a few tablespoons of batter in an oiled pan. Tip pan to fully cover bottom of pan with batter.
  • Brown both sides of crepe. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with maple syrup. Makes 12 crepes.
