1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter or margarine melted
Combine ingredients in a bender and blend for 15 seconds until smooth. Let stand for 10 minutes. Pour a few tablespoons of batter in an oiled pan. Tip pan to fully cover bottom of pan with batter. Brown both sides of crepe. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with syrup. Makes 10-12 crepes.
