
Caterer's Cheese Ball
Ingredients
8 oz. package cream cheese
8 oz. package extra sharp cracker barrel cheddar cheese
4 oz. jar pimentos diced
1 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt walnuts chopped
Directions
Soften cream cheese. Mix in, cheddar cheese, pimentos- save some of this for later. Add worcestershire sauce and salt. Take cut onion and with measuring spoon scrape out onion and juice from the middle. Add this to the cheeseball. Add some walnuts. Put in refrigerator until it gets hard or firm. Then roll into a ball and roll in chopped nuts. Then add left over pimentos for decoration on the cheeseball's surface. Refrigerate leftovers.
