Parsley Butter

Parsley Butter

Ingredients

4 tbsp. butter

4 tsp. fresh parsley finely chopped

1 tsp. lemon juice

dash salt and pepper

Directions

Combine ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Use on hot steak, lamb or fish. Refrigerate leftovers.

* Butter can be molded by wrapping in plastic wrap and refrigerating until solid.
