Quick Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) packages white chocolate chips

1 1/3 cups crunchy peanut butter

Directions

Over a doubler boiler, melt the chocolate. Add peanut butter and stir until combined. Pour immediately into a buttered aluminum foil-lined 8 inch square pan. Chill until set. Remove fudge from pan. Remove foil. On a cutting board, cut fudge into small cubes and store in a container. Keep fudge cool.
