  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  • Combine ingredients in a bowl. Drop by a tablespoon full while cooking soup 5 minutes before soup is done- make sure that soup is hot first.
  • Cover saucepan with lid. Do not stir soup while the dumplings are cooking.
