Green Chile Sausage Gravy

Green Chile Sausage Gravy


1/2 lb. roll pork or beef sausage

1/4 onion chopped

3 tbsp. flour

2 cups milk

4 oz. can green chiles diced


Saute sausage and onions in a large and deep skillet. Sprinkle flour over sausage. Add milk and simmer until thick, stirring occasionally. Add green chiles to mixture. Serve over biscuits that have been baked, split and buttered. Makes 3-4 servings.
