Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. roll pork sausage

  • 1/4 medium onion chopped

  • 3 tbsp. flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • 4 oz. can green chilies diced

  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • Saute sausage and onions in a large and deep skillet. Sprinkle flour over sausage.
  • Add milk and simmer until thick. Add green chilies and salt and pepper to mixture.
  • Serve over biscuits that have been baked, split and buttered.
