1/2 lb. roll pork sausage
1/4 medium onion chopped
3 tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
4 oz. can green chiles diced
- Saute sausage and onions in a large and deep skillet. Sprinkle flour over sausage.
- Add milk and simmer until thick. Add green chiles to mixture.
- Serve over biscuits that have been baked, split and buttered.
