Bountiful Orange Salad Dressing

1/2 cup orange juice concentrate thawed

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tbsp. water

1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. cane sugar

1/2 tsp. dried tarragon or oregano

1/4 tsp. garlic salt

1/4 tsp. thyme

1/8 tsp. dry mustard

dash black pepper

Whisk ingredients in a bowl. Serve over spinach and lettuce salad. Makes about 1 cup dressing.
