
Sweet and Sour Sauce for Fish
Ingredients
2/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
dash seafood seasoning or seasoning salt
Directions
Mix cornstarch and water in a jar and shake well. Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens slightly and comes to a boil. Keep warm until ready to serve over breaded or baked fish. 8-10 servings.
