
Tuna Cakes
Ingredients
7 oz. can tuna in water well-drained
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
1 tsp. parsley dried
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
10 crackers (not hard crackers, saltines ok)
Directions
Mix tuna, egg, onions and seasoning. Add crackers. Form into cakes. In a fry pan, on medium heat, cook in butter or oil until browned on both sides. Makes 4-5 small or 3 large tuna cakes.
