Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup vinegar

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar

  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper sauce

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch

  • dash seafood seasoning or seasoning salt

Directions

  • Mix cornstarch and water in a jar and shake well.
  • Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring
    constantly until mixture thickens slightly and comes to a boil.
  • Keep warm until ready to serve over breaded or baked fish.
