
Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage
Ingredients
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
dash ground black pepper
4 cups shredded red cabbage
Directions
In a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, combine all ingredients except cabbage until oil melts. Fold in cabbage. Cover with a lid and simmer cabbage for about 30 minutes or until tender adding a little water if necessary. Makes 4 servings.
