1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. minced dried onion
dash black pepper
dash onion salt
4 hamburger buns
Directions
- Combine ground beef, teriyaki sauce, onion, onion salt and pepper in medium-size bowl.
- Shape ground beef into 4 patties. Cook in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes each side or more until internal beef temperature is 165F degrees. While cooking, brush burgers with extra teriyaki sauce.
- When finished cooking, place each burger on a hamburger bun with lettuce or eat as is. Makes 4 hamburgers.
