Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground beef

  • 1/2 medium onion chopped

  • 1 roasted red bell pepper chopped

  • 3 cups tomato juice

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 15 oz. can pinto beans

  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

  • 1/4 tsp. ground oregano

  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 4 ounces elbow macaroni or egg noodles cooked

Directions

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion together until beef is completely cooked.
  • Combine all ingredients in a crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours.
  • Add cooked macaroni.
  • Cook on low for 30 minutes.
