This simple chocolate sauce is sweet and rich and made from melted chocolate, sweetened condensed and salt. This chocolate sauce can be prepared using the double boiler method. 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate squares
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
dash salt
2-3 tbsp. hot water
Directions
- Over low heat, melt chocolate in a saucepan-preferably using a double boiler. Add condensed milk. Stir mixture until combined.
- Add in salt. Remove from heat. Add water if too thick for taste. Makes about 1 cup sauce.
