  • 8 oz. neufchatel cream cheese softened

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts chopped

  • 2 tbsp. black olives chopped

  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt

  • dash black pepper

  • dash cayenne pepper

  • 4 oz. blue cheese crumbled


  • Mix cream cheese and sour cream until combined. Add remaining ingredients, except blue cheese, in a mid-size bowl.
  • Stir in blue cheese. Chill leftovers.
  • Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks. Makes 2 cups spread.
