Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. frozen lemonade concentrate

• 1 tsp. lemon juice

• sparkling water

• 1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt

Directions

• Place lemonade concentrate in a tall glass. Fill half full with sparkling water. Stir a little.
• Add 1-2 scoops of ice cream. Add more sparkling water to fill glass.
• Serves 1.
