Creamy Garlic Cheese Dip is Packed with Sour Cream, Cream Cheese and Blue Cheese to Make it Extra Creamy

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sour cream

  • 2 tbsp. pineapple juice

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 sprig fresh parsley

  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper hot sauce

  • 4 oz. package cream cheese softened

  • 1/3 cup blue, Roquefort or feta cheese

Directions

  • Blend first six ingredients in a small blender. Add cheeses and blend until smooth. Serve with crackers, vegetables or potato chips.
