Ingredients
1 package sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese or neufchatel cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sliced strawberries
21 oz. can strawberry pie filling
whipped cream in a can
Directions
- Press cookie dough into spring form pan (cheesecake pan). Bake in 350F preheated oven 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool cookie crust.
- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and spread over cookie crust.
- Place sliced strawberries on top of cream cheese mixture.
- Carefully spread strawberry pie filling over sliced strawberries.
- Top each slice of tart with whipped cream when ready to serve. Refrigerate any leftovers.
