Ingredients

• 3/4 cup mayonnaise

• 1 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

• 1/2 medium onion chopped

• 3 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese

• 1/2 tsp. salt

• 1 tsp. olive oil

Directions

• Combine ingredients in a medium bowl. Place mixture in an oiled small casserole dish.
• Bake at 350ºF degrees for 25-30 minutes.
• Cool dip for 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
• Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
