Instant Pizza Crust is a pizza crust that does not require yeast as a rising agent. Instead, it uses yogurt, baking powder leavening agents to create a light and airy crust. This type of pizza crust can be made quickly and easily, without the need for proofing and waiting for the dough to rise. It may also be a good option for individuals who have a yeast intolerance or prefer a simpler and quicker pizza crust recipe.

1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup greek yogurt
Directions
- Mix together flour, baking powder and salt in a medium-size bowl.
- Add yogurt and mix until combined and forms a dough. Add more flour or yogurt and adjust if too wet or dry accordingly depending on type of flour and yogurt used- dough should be firm and not too sticky.
- Pat with hands into an oiled flat pizza pan or 13×9 inch non-stick cookie sheet or 12 inch pizza pan. If dough is too sticky sprinkle a little flour on top of the crust before patting into pan. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and toppings. Bake at 400F degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is lightly brown. Makes enough dough for one 12 inch pizza.
