Peach sweet and sour sauce is a sauce made from a combination of peach preserves, vinegar, brown sugar, and usually some type of thickener such as cornstarch. It has a sweet taste from the peaches and sugar, as well as a tartness from the vinegar. It can be used as a dipping sauce for crispy fried foods like chicken or egg rolls, or as a marinade or glaze for grilled meats or veggies.
