1/2 cup cane sugar or evaporated cane sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. butter, margarine or buttery spread melted
5 flour tortillas cut in triangles
Directions
- Blend cinnamon and sugar in small bowl. Place sugar mixture on large plate.
- Dip or brush margarine on flour triangles- both sides. Dip each triangle in sugar mixture on one side.
- Place triangles, sugar side up, on cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Also can be served with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
