  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

  • dash ground black pepper

  • 4 cups shredded red cabbage


  • In a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, combine all ingredients except cabbage until oil melts.
  • Fold in cabbage. Cover with a lid and cook cabbage until tender for about 30 minutes- stirring occasionally.
