1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
dash ground black pepper
4 cups shredded red cabbage
Directions
- In a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat, combine all ingredients except cabbage until oil melts.
- Fold in cabbage. Cover with a lid and cook cabbage until tender for about 30 minutes- stirring occasionally.
