Ingredients
3 cups powdered sugar
6 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup cocoa
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- With an electric mixer, mix ingredients in a mid-size bowl until smooth- slowly add powdered sugar when mixing. Frosts a 13 by 9 inch or two 8 inch layers cake.
