1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter or margarine melted
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a bender and blend for 15 seconds until smooth. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Pour a few tablespoons of batter in an oiled pan. Tip pan to fully cover bottom of pan with batter.
- Brown both sides of crepe. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with maple syrup. Makes 12 crepes.
