1 egg
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups apples chopped
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon ground
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans chopped
Directions
- Cream sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in a bowl. Fold in apples.
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir into creamed mixture
and then pour into greased and floured 8 by 8 inch cake pan. - Bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes or until done.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting or top with prepared caramel sauce and whipped
cream.
