Pineapple Green Chile Quesadillas are made with a combination of pineapple, green chilies, cheese, and tortillas. The pineapple and green chilies provide a sweet and spicy flavor to the dish, while the cheese creates a melty and gooey texture. The quesadillas can be served as an appetizer or a main dish, and can be customized with additional toppings and seasonings.
