Homemade mayonnaise is a condiment made from egg yolks, vinegar, mustard and sugar. This flavorful mayonnaise may be used as a spread or salad dressing. Making mayonnaise from scratch allows for greater control over the ingredients and can result in a fresher, more flavorful condiment than store-bought versions.
