Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. butter

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh parsley finely chopped

  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

  • dash salt and pepper

Directions

  • Combine ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Place mixture on wax paper and shape wrap into a roll. Chill in refrigerator for a few hours. Cut butter in thin slices. Use on hot steak or fish.
