Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar, slightly packed

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tsp. mustard

  • 1 tsp. paprika

  • 1 tsp. chili powder

  • sprinkle celery salt or seed

  • sprinkle cracked black pepper

  • sprinkle onion powder

Directions

  • Blend ingredients until combined.
  • Heat in a saucepan (or microwave for 5 minutes or until heated through), stirring occasionally, for at least 10 minutes or more.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, reduce water to 1/3 cup or less.
