1 cup rice
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 small package frozen chopped broccoli florets cooked
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup of milk
10 3/4 oz. can of mushroom soup
8 oz. chopped American cheese
dash salt and pepper
Directions
- Prepare rice as directed on package. Mix with margarine. Cook broccoli according to directions.
- In a greased baking dish, combine rice, broccoli, celery, onion and mix well.
- In a bowl, mix milk, mushroom soup, American cheese and salt and pepper. Add this to rice mix.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes in a preheated 350ºF oven or until fully cooked.
