2-7 oz. cans tuna well-drained
2 tbsp. cream cheese softened
2 tbsp. italian breadcrumbs
6 small chopped sun-dried tomato halves in jar with liquid
1 tsp. powdered mustard
dash red pepper sauce
1 egg beaten
cornmeal or flour
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl.
- Form mixture into 6-8 thin cakes depending on size. Dip in flour until coated on both sides.
- Fry in oil until golden brown on each side for 3-5 minutes or until done.
- Serve with salsa, hot sauce or ranch dressing.
