Ingredients
1 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup cucumber diced
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. fresh dill minced
1/2 tsp. fresh mint minced
1/4 tsp. onion powder
dash ground black pepper
dash salt
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Use for pita pockets sandwiches. Refrigerate leftovers.
