Green Chile Sausage Gravy is a southwestern-style gravy made with ground pork sausage, milk, and flour that has been cooked and mixed together until it thickens into a creamy, savory sauce. It is then flavored with chopped green chilies for a spicy kick and served over biscuits, toast, or potatoes.
