1 cup extra sharp cheese shredded
1 egg beaten
1 cup milk

melted butter (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine ingredients until moist.
- Fill greased muffin pan cups 2/3 full. Brush with melted butter if desired.
- Bake until light brown in a 375ºF oven for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
