Parmesan garlic bread sticks are a popular Italian appetizer or side dish made by baking thin, crispy and golden-brown breadsticks coated with a mixture of oil, garlic powder, garlic salt, oregano and grated parmesan cheese. They may be served plain or with dipping sauces like marinara, alfredo or ranch dressing.
