Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1-2 cloves fresh garlic minced

  • 1 tsp. honey or cane sugar

  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic or onion salt

  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

  • 1/8 tsp. black or white pepper

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

  • Whisk ingredients in a small deep bowl. Whisk in oil last. Serve over lettuce greens. Makes 3/4 cup dressing.
