Lemon chicken is a popular Chinese dish made with boneless chicken pieces that are marinated, then coated in a batter and fried until crispy. It is then tossed in a tangy sweet and sour sauce made with lemon juice, sugar, and other spices. It is usually served with rice or noodles and garnished with green onions, crushed red pepper flakes or sesame seeds.
