  • 2 cups flaked surimi crab meat

  • 2/3 cup monterrey jack cheese shredded

  • 1/3 cup celery finely chopped

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped

  • 1/8 cup fresh cilantro chopped

  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh jalapeno finely chopped

  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt

  • dash black pepper

  • dash lemon zest


  • Combine ingredients in a mid-size bowl. Chill for a few hours before serving.
