Lemon ice is a sweet, frozen dessert made with lemon juice and sugar. It is similar to sorbet or Italian ice, and is commonly served as a refreshment or dessert in the summer months. Lemon ice is often made by mixing water, lemon juice, and sugar, freezing the mixture, then blending or churning it to create a smooth and creamy texture.
