2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter softened
2 cups buttermilk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF. Measure dry ingredients in a bowl. Cut butter in flour mixture until fine crumbs are formed. Pour buttermilk into flour/butter mixture. Stir until mixed- not too much.
- Place batter in a greased non-stick 12 muffin pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove biscuits after cooled for 5 minutes.
