12 oz. package white chocolate chips
1 cup natural peanut butter
Directions
- Over a double boiler, melt the white chocolate. Add peanut butter and stir until combined.
- Pour immediately into a greased aluminum foil-lined 8×8 inch square pan- or 11×7 inch pan for thinner fudge . Refrigerate until set.
- Remove fudge from pan. Remove foil. On a cutting board, cut fudge into small cubes and store in a container. Refrigerate leftovers in air-tight container. Serve at room temperature.
