Ingredients

  • 12 oz. package white chocolate chips

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (heaping)

Directions

  • Over a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Add peanut butter and stir until combined.
  • Pour immediately into a greased aluminum foil-lined 8 inch square pan. Refrigerate until set.
  • Remove fudge from pan. Remove foil. On a cutting board, cut fudge into small cubes and store in a container. Refrigerate leftovers. Serve at room temperature.
