7 oz. can tuna in water well-drained
1 egg beaten
1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
1 tsp. parsley dried
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
10 crackers (not hard crackers, saltines ok)
2 tbsp. cooking oil
Directions
- Mix tuna, egg, onions and seasoning. Add crackers. Form into cakes. In a fry pan, on medium-low heat, cook in oil until browned on both sides- 5 minutes each side or until fully cooked.
- Makes 4-5 small tuna cakes.
