Ingredients
4 roma tomatoes peeled, seeded and chopped
1 handful cilantro without stems
1 small fresh jalapeno
1 green onion
2 garlic cloves peeled chopped
juice of 1 small lime
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions
- Blend ingredients in a food processor or blender until slightly chunky.
- Place salsa in a bowl. Chill. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
