3 tbsp. butter
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. water or milk
1 tsp. lemon zest minced
1/8 tsp. salt
- In a bowl, blend ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth- gradually add powdered sugar to butter then add liquids and salt.
- Makes enough frosting for 2-8 inch cake layers.
