Ingredients
15 oz. can garbanzo beans drained
15 oz. can pinto beans drained
6 oz. can sliced black olives
1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro (to taste)
1 chopped green onion
1 fresh finely chopped serrano or jalapeno pepper (or to taste)
1 minced garlic clove
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lime (juice from)
1 tsp. cane sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Directions
- Combine first six ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Whisk together oil, lime juice and dry ingredients in a mid-size bowl.
- Pour dressing over bean mixture. Best chilled before serving.
