Baked Dijon Pecan Salmon is a healthy fish recipe loaded with beneficial nutrients

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp. plain yogurt

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

  • ground black pepper

  • light olive oil

  • 3/4 lb. deboned salmon fillet

Directions

  • Combine mustard and yogurt. Spread mustard mixture on top of salmon, then cover with pecans and ground black pepper.
  • Place on a baking sheet brushed with light olive oil
  • Bake at 12-14 minutes in a preheated 450F degree oven or until fish flakes easily. Serves 2.
