Ingredients
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. plain yogurt
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
ground black pepper
light olive oil
3/4 lb. deboned salmon fillet
Directions
- Combine mustard and yogurt. Spread mustard mixture on top of salmon, then cover with pecans and ground black pepper.
- Place on a baking sheet brushed with light olive oil
- Bake at 12-14 minutes in a preheated 450F degree oven or until fish flakes easily. Serves 2.
